Hi There,
On 24.09.2012 I was attending One OK Rock The Beginning Tour at Zepp Tokyo! (a must-go-concert-venue).
This was the second time i met them after Last June in Singapore.

I was arriving at Zepp Tokyo around 2:15 PM (after visiting Tokyo Trick Art Museum 😀 *which i will post the story in another post) and there’s already a long queue for goods lining, so i was joining them. Quite afraid that i won’t get the shirts since i saw like everybody was buying at least one shirt.. but glad, they have lots of shirts and i could get my shirt, towel, and……. wristband (believe me, i’ll only wear it when i’m watching One OK Rock, because that’s not my style LOL)
after buying goods, me and my friend (who just accompanied me to Odaiba) were hanging out around Odaiba until the open gate time and then she left me alone to join the crowd at Zepp..(when we were taking picture outside Zepp, there were cute boys, teenager for sure, wearing all OOR’s attributes offered us their help to take a picture of us, lol…those boys are cute for sure XD)

okay, and the story started… actually, i was a little bit worry, it was my first time attending a concert at a livehouse in Japan, since my two gigs before this were a festival (BT) and a big concert (TOKIO). fyi, me is someone who only knew a very tiny little bit of Japanese.
I knew that they would yelled out the ticket number, but in this case, my tix was for 2nd Floor, so i had no idea where should i be lining. I heard staff yelled “nikkai blablablabla (OMG I didn’t get at all what he said!)..so I walk around Zepp (which was already packed of people), but didn’t find the lining…I asked to a staff (1st), without showing my tix, only “nikkai wa doko?” , then he said loooooooong Japanese words which i had no idea at all what he said…. then i looked around zepp again, failed to get any ideas where was the entrance for 2nd floor, then i asked again to another staff (2nd) , this time i showed her my ticket, and she led me to a wall which showed a map for lining (and there were only Kanji words @_@ ). but i got the point, 2nd floor should be lining with 1-500, so i joined that lining. then they started to yelled the number, blablabla…. i just waited and waited… then… waiiiit…. it’s already 1600 , then i though, did it mean the 2nd floor audiences should wait for all 1st floor audiences to come in?! okay, this didn’t sound rite… so i asked again to another staff (3rd time) around the entrance door, showed my tix without saying anything, then he said “douzou” and let me enter the venue………
Soooooooo i just found out, that i could enter the venue from almost 45 minutes ago???? @__@ .whatever, then i got my drink ticket, but didn’t exchange it before show, since i was afraid that i would late for the show if i queued at the bar first, so i just straight to the second floor (but………where the hell was the entrance door for 2nd floor ??? @___@ *okay this also took time for me, since lots of ppl at the lobby(?) )… got the entrance door, found my seat (which was straight in the center! could see all stage clearly, soo clear…oooh i do love my seat!!) , and wait for the show …
i asked time to a girl beside me (with my tiny little bit Japanese), since i believed that it had been 7 PM pass minutes (?) … yes, it was almost 7:05 PM (the show was 15 minutes late).. again, the girl talked loooooooong japanese words to me, and again, i said politely, i didn’t understand much about Japanese… and Ah! finally!, she realized that i was a gaijin! (Attending concert in Japan, i did really want them to realize that i was a gaijin, but my face didn’t look like gaijin)..
She talked to woman beside her, both of them looked at me, then she asked me again with a broken english about where did i come from, i said Indonesia, both of them surprised then said sugoi~ ..Narita?Haneda? then i said Haneda, they said sugoi~ (again) … one of them told about Singapore to me in japanese ( which i thought she told me about OOR Concert in Singapore), so i said, “hai! hai! …me.. singapore mo” (broken english+japanese by me) … they said again “sugoi~~~”….there was a girl came and sat next to both of them, and they told that girl that i was flying from Indonesia (i thought she was their friends, but i finally found out that she was totally a stranger to them!)…one of them wore “man with a mission” towel, so i asked her, do you like them? , she asked me back : YES! do u about know them too?? , i said yes, then again she said…. sugoi~~~~ =______= . i realized both of them were talking about me #geermodeon, then one of them asked me, “how old are you?” … i said, nijuu nana sai, both of them were smiling (?) *so they were guessing about my age?LOL*, she told me that she was 25, and a woman beside her was 42, and finally they told me that they were Mother and Daughter! (please note, that the Mother was the one who talked to me about Singapore Concert), i said :OMG! sugoi~~~
Then……. the concert started…I stood! yea! Nice to meet you again ONE OK ROCK!
The song was played, this time I could see all of them clearly and calmly, with no one pushed me or i had to elbowed or stepped someone’s feet just like what i had in Singapore.
I could see Tomoya and Ryota clearly (which definitely i had difficulty in seeing both of them at previous con), and Toru! yes, i didn’t have to put any efforts to see him..
1st floor was crazy, i didn’t know if i could handle the crowd. they started to mosh since the intro of first song, i could see plastic bottles were flying over the crowd just like in Jakarta! (LOL… my head used to get some plastic bottles when watched concert in jakarta, but usually it was outdoor event, not a lovelymemory tho)
i’ll choose second floor for next OOR’s con (don’t know when), i don’t care if i couldn’t touch them or else, my main purpose is to enjoy the concert, since if i said that i was mooore enjoying One OK Rock Concert this time than in SG, yes i did,
but if one day i watched them again and there was no 2nd floor (just like in SG), i guess i’ll join the mosh pit and let all bruises showed up again after the show..LOL.. it’s really hard to resist if you’re in a first floor but didn’t join the mosh, especially for One OK Rock.. but….. that’s gonna be so exhausted =___= (just like in after SG Con, i dragged my feet and bruises body to go to the office two days after)
what i like from the great quality of concerts in Japan are the sound system and stage lighting (well, based from the venues that i’ve been in) .. no matter how small the venue, their sound system didn’t hurt your head nor your heart and the quality of stage lighting too.. OMG.. i love how they support the performance!
欠落オートメーション first seeing this performance, Taka came out with white clothes. bodies were flying over audiences in the first floor. and i was shocked by Zepp stage lighting! OMG!
LOST AND FOUND this time i could see this performance without being thrown by the other people’s body XD
notes’n Words Taka came out with white acoustic guitar! he said it was a birthday present from Takahashi Yuu, so he’ll try to play it on stage. beautiful… sooo beautiful performance… Takaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!
Living Dolls my…my…my… favorite favorite song from One OK Rock, and finally i could see their performance.. ;A;
The Beginning awesome…awesome…awesome! the stage lighting just like 3D(?) I don’t know, but that was the best stage lighting scene that i’ve ever seen (maklum, aye pan biasanya nongtong yg cuma lampu bohlam aje)
キミシダイ列車 i love this song since my first listen it in ZR Album!
Let’s take it someday got a chance again to sit and then juuuuuuuuuuuump!!!
Rock,Scissors,Paper this one! yes this one! the song that hurted my right hand for punching up in the air(?) over and over for the whole song…… XD
Nobody’s Home perfect closing song.
The Talk Session seemed funny (which of course, i didn’t understand), Taka took audience’s cellphone then put it in his pocket later he asked for Iphone5, Taka made a mistake in calling the next song (should be Let’s take it someday, but he asked for janken, Toru shouted, Taka ran to Ryota, then rolled on the floor, Taka ran to Tomoya then bowed and said “hontouni Gomennasai” LOL), Taka did a hand-toss with whoever audiences who did moshing and reach the stage, Taka this..Taka that… yes, my eyes were locked by Taka again.and again..
okay, here’s the full setlist http://www.setlist.mx/?p=22074
After the show, i bowed to women beside me (who loved to say sugoi~ ), they bowed, and said “arigatou gozaimasu, ja mata” , i said “ja..” also .. then i left my seat..i exchanged my drink ticket and met my friend again in the restaurant near Zepp..
and.. it’s over… byebye Zepp..byebye One OK Rock…
