That day, was marked in my life history as my first Johnny’s Concert and my first Nippon Budokan experience : YES!
I was attending TOKIO Live Tour 1718 Final Tour at Nippon Budokan!!
The Story Behind
When they announced their tour and checked with my vacation schedule, it was matched! but not hooray yet, they’re Johnny’s. How could i get the tix while i’m not a member of their fanclub. Auction or Other reselling sites? yea rite, paying 5 times higher or more than the face value to be one of thousands people in a venue, definitely not in my dictionary (i’ve checked other Johnny’s concert at that time, which was NEWS, and the cheapest price was like 6 times more than the face value). so i was not really planning to attend the TOKIO concert.
But who knew what happened next, randomly checked the reselling sites, there was someone selling the tix with original price,without second thought i bought it (kayaknya org BU deh, smua barang2 doi dijual mulai dari tas, speaker, sepatu, ampe tiket konser #halah) . So, that made TOKIO Con Tix as my last Concert Tickets that I got before leaving to Japan.
as my mother always say : Kalo jodoh ga kemana nak….. (jodoh saya… sama Tomoya!)
The Day
After gathered all directions, I was leaving alone to Budokan, and glad i did not get lost.. LOL
I wore my Batik Dress by the way! Batik for Budokan! XD #penting
I arrived so early, at 11 AM since i anticipated the long queue for goods,which would be sold at 12 AM (but you know what, there were not many people queued for goods), bought shirt, towel,strap,bag, and resisted the pamphlet =__=. the concert was started at 4 PM (open gate 3 PM)
it was raining all day ..i waited outside, and met a girl (with a Tokio’s bag, Tokio’s strap, and Tokio’s towel, and held Tokio’s shirt) who asked me with Japanese, but i politely said, i didn’t understand Japanese, so she spoke a very easy Japanese, telling that the rain was heavy.. i replied, yes it was so cold (ofc i could say this line in Japanese #banggagajelas). the she asked me where did i come from, i answered Indonesia and this is my first time attending TOKIO Concert.. She said “Indonesia?? Sugoiii..” then she said that i’ll enjoy their concert since their live is awesome. i’d love to make another conversation with her and i could see she would love to make another conversation, but too bad, i didn’t speak Japanese, while she didn’t speak English.

Concert Time
Gate was opened, people were lining, i was lining for the second floor. i remembered the staff had to asked me many times about camera or something, since i showed him a “not understand what are you talking about” face.
got a pic of TOKIO, printed signature and printed words saying Thank you. they put it on every chair.and i was like ” awwwww!!” my first TOKIO pic in hardcopy(?) LOL XD
you know what, first time i entered The Budokan, seeing the big screen “TOKIO LIVE TOUR 1718” : shivered..a little bit.. tears(?)
Overrated? perhaps, but this is Budokan! i could tell my kids one day that her momma had been in Budokan! LOL
i sat on my chair, waiting for 4 PM…
Actually, Budokan is not that big, IMO, you still can see the performers clearly
then… lights off, smoke… stage lighting… then i saw…. TOMOYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! (wearing black and black OMG)
they started with Archive …
my eyes were like omgomgomg, is he real Tomoya? there were almost seconds i didn’t wink..
Joushima with his additional long hair ! *ah… roker gaek idolaku*… Taichi… cute !
Gussan was a very good looking man, he had that charm i mean, i used to see him, “just Gussan”, but seeing the real him, he’s sooo handsome! his skin was good! (?)
then the OMG Matsuoka… he wore only vest with rose corsage *dies* …asfdhfjfurjrkel….
then they continued with Kibou! *i jumped jumped* … since i didn’t bring penlight, so i just raising my hand over and over…
by the way, the girl (woman if i could say) next to me was a big fan of Tomoya, so everytime Tokio finished singing, she screamed ” tomooooooooooooyaaaaaaaaa!”(with high pitch note) XD

what can i say, i’m not good in con reporting tho…so i just wrote what I still remember in my tiny brain
More! I was curious how Leader sing this song… but the result was… good! (please ignore the accuracy of pronounciation, they put the lyrics on screen, and i have difficulty in matching the lyrics with what leader singing //punched), since the leader’s voice is good anyway…
Autumn … Matsuoka in Action! he wore a suit! *dies again* … sang with that stand mic and played.. *dies dies again*..his voice is…okay… so had oldies feeling … XD
Nanana! i looooooove this song.. they played very very playful… mmm.. Taichi and Tomoya kissed…
then MC … believe me i didn’t understand what were they talking about… (beside kisu and Mabo said nainainai…dan all of you hentai)
HOPE… Strings… AWESOME!
Sometimes…… Tomoya sang this soo..perfectly ;A:
Sonic Drive! Yeay! Yeay! Jump! Jump! Towel Spinning! and just like in DVD… they ran all over the stage ;A; (oh momma, i’ve seen the real)..
Love you Only……… for me it was the best best best performance.. we sang together… and crowd’s voices rocked that Budokan! .. shivered… again :A:
Joushima Song aaaaaaaaaaaah! i listened to Joushima song, yelled member’s name just like in videos… mamaaaah!
Jumbo! … Rooooooock!
actually, audiences asked encore for 4 times, but there was a time when they just came out, said something (which definitely i didnt understand), then said thank you and bowed…
Ah! for closing, joushima said, for the next … yume no naka de XD
then… it’s end…
even when the show ended,outside still raining… Tokyo was raining all day that day…
another interesting stuff : just like at BT Fest in Chiba, TOKIO con’s staffs also stood outside venue and said “arigatou gozaimasu”
My first Johnny’s and Budokan Experience… definitely, i’ll remember this for the rest of my life.
