Hi There,
finally,i got a chance to atend gig at the Tokyo Live House !
The funny thing is, when I was in Live House, like finally I did feel real that……..I’m in Japan
Its name is Fever.
it’s located in Shindaita, near Shindaita Station (one station after Shimokitazawa) at basement, and besides the railways..
Tokyo’s suburb area, interesting place.
Already planned that at least we have to attend one gig in Tokyo. It’s a must. So we checked event from Tokyogigguide site.
We’re going with a group of four, but since the two were not really into this type of tourism (lol, i meant gigs / rock / live music event), so only me and the other one who went there, and the rest were going back to hostel.
Okay, and here’s my story
We bought the ticket at the venue since we forgot to buy it at Lawson’s machine.
The Ticket Staff couldn’t understand English, so we talked with our broken Japanese.
We had to pay additional 500yen for drink coupon, and exchanged it at the bar. (the bartender is cute)
The crowd was various. There were youngsters and adults who came after work. Interesting. It’s my first time experience!
First band was a rock instrumental band : nice playing.
third band : Quattro!
AWESOME!! the sound was perfect! i couldn’t believe that they do live performance !
the music was so smooth and so clear.
the vocalist’s voice was GOOD!
most of their lyrics are in English and the pronunciation of the vocalist was so good! very recommended band!!
I’d love to watch their live again.
my comment about my first Livehouse : amazing, priceless, and oh my God i’m in Tokyo!!! felt like i was watching youtube! along performances,i kept saying to my friend: “punch me! i’m in Tokyo rite? i’m not dreaming??”.
